Partnership coaching is both an experiential and reflective process. Typically, following an initial in-depth evaluation and objective definitions, over the course of several months (typically 6 sessions), the partners will acquire basic skills that enable active listening that considers the diversity of voices and opinions around them, becoming aware of (often unspoken) assumptions existing between them, make decisions clearly, and coordinate between roles and functions to work more efficiently. The process takes place in a safe, confidential and constructive environment that emphasizes  practical solutions and strategies alongside , building courageous thinking and powerful communication.  Partner are essentially co-leaders. Therefore, creating a synergy based on all assets is crucial to a partnership’s ultimate success.
