Kamedis

Kamedis is an award-winning dermatological brand specializing in botanic-based, clinically proven, and dermatologist-recommended skincare products. Established in 2003 by expert TCM practitioner Roni Kramer, Kamedis products are sold in the USA, Asia, and the EU.

The challenge

In the absence of a clearly articulated and formulated set of organizational core values, handling and engaging with employees consistently has proven, at times, difficult and resulted in unnecessary internal conflict and production setbacks.

What we did

In a specifically designed "Values Workshop," we collaborated closely with a team of senior Kamedis representatives. During the workshop, we defined the organization's core values, described associated behaviors and ways of conduct, and developed strategies to implement them. Additionally, we offered company management team coaching to help with the implementation. The company is now dedicating each quarter to each value, and all functions in the organization are finding their expression of it.
