Giving Back to the Community

We are committed to social causes and support nonprofit organizations whose principles we value. We are glad to share our knowledge and expertise to empower and help such organizations grow, perform efficiently, and achieve our common goal – to make our world a better place.

Case study: Prowoman workshops

Prowoman is an Israeli non-profit organization that encourages women to dare, break boundaries, and believe in themselves through training, support, and creating connections.

We support Prowoman’s activity by delivering a leadership program to young female students, and to the prowoman site managers. We provide them with leadership competencies and mentoring skills to equip them towards successful careers. 

What we did

We designed a series of workshops which we delivered in 29 universities and colleges in Israel and one in the NY branch where this NGO delivers its programs. We offer a safe, open, and encouraging environment, which drives the participants to powerful choices, discuss ways to lead authentic, inspiring, and healthy career lives, and ways to maintain a good work-life balance while fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration.

Case study: Internal coach certification program in MSF, Médecins sans frontières ("Doctors Without Borders")​

Doctors Without Borders is an international humanitarian medical organization awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. The organization has reached and requested help in empowering and coaching both their individual members and their cross-functional teams towards collaboration and effectiveness.

What we did

We designed an internal Coach-approach training program based on our three-dimensional model. The program was submitted to ICF and approved, and there are now 50 MSF certified coaches who provide coaching services inside the Organization. Our unique coach-approach program was precisely designed to meet the unique needs of MSF culture and mission. Individual and team empowerment is now being delivered inside MSF by its people, impacting productivity and well-being levels across the organization.
